Launch of TAMM Global
Abu Dhabi has created a new entity called TAMM Global to sell its AI-driven unified government services platform abroad.
The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi announced the formation, acting on instructions from Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
TAMM Global will design, operate and provide an integrated suite of digital government services, owning and running specialised digital platforms and retaining the related intellectual property.
Ahmed Al Kuttab, chairman of DGE, remarked that TAMM has become a core element of how individuals and businesses engage with government since its inception in 2005.
Platform Capabilities and Impact
He added, “Through the announcement of TAMM Global’s establishment, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven effective and efficient in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people.”
The platform currently consolidates over 1,200 public and private services via a single digital gateway, reducing the average user’s need to visit service centres by about nine trips each year, which amounts to roughly twelve hours saved annually.
Satisfaction among users has climbed to 94.5 percent, up from 78 percent in 2022 before artificial intelligence was incorporated, while the expense of delivering services has dropped by thirty percent.
International Recognition and Expansion Strategy
Operating as an independent private-sector firm, TAMM Global will partner directly with governments, organisations and institutions worldwide, offering licences for the platform’s architecture and implementation approaches.
This allows administrations to tailor pre‑made services and digital tools to their own legal and regulatory contexts, speeding up rollout without having to repeat every development step.
TAMM’s reputation on the global stage has risen markedly in recent times. In 2025 it was recognised as the world’s top e‑government initiative at the UN‑supported World Summit on the Information Society Prizes, and this year it secured the Government award across Europe, the Middle East and Asia in the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards.
